Welcome

My name is Regis. After working as Product Designer and Interaction Architect focused on complex enterprise applications, I transitioned to Design Management in 2009. My first roles in that new capacity at Groupon and DocuSign allowed me to continue delivering on specific projects while learning with my team how to build on each other strengths to increase our collective impact and deliver value to the business.

At the project level, my most significant contributions were to Design Strategy with an emphasis on creating end-to-end Customer Experiences that encompass multiple touch-points.

At the team level, I enjoyed improving Operations by implementing best practices, advocating the role of Design in the organization and guiding individual’s career growth.

In 2017, I was offered the wonderful opportunity to spearhead the creation and launch of Proteus Digital Health first adherence solution for Oncology. In close collaboration with Healthcare providers and the trust of patients, we released our solution in September 2018, an achievement we were all extremely proud of.

Innovation sometimes encounters systemic resistance and Proteus was unable to fully transform clinical successes into commercial ones. With that valuable lesson, I joined Autodesk in 2019 to further prolong the success story of AutoCAD.

UX Library

In an effort to formalize the UX Design discipline and share best practices, several excellent books, field guides and playbooks have been made available to the public. Here are some of my personal favorites.
